Our Vietnam team completed a commercial office fit-out for GAP International Sourcing Inc. The premises is approximately 800 sqm and is located in the CBD of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Designed for a current headcount of 38 staff, this office plans to expand the headcount to 60 by FY 2015 and 80 by FY 2016.

Pure Projects was appointed as the Project Manager to assist the Client from the inception to finalisation of the project. As a multinational company, GAP required consistency in the design, workplace planning and standards of quality throughout all its offices globally. GAP also has established global standards for AV, security, network and telephony systems which were achieved in this fit-out. The new office in Vietnam comprises several workplace areas, meeting rooms, internal staff amenity areas and back-of-house support areas.
