Pure Projects Malaysia was appointed as Project Manager on behalf of Prudential Services Asia for Prudential’s head office relocation project comprising of the consolidation of 5 core business units into 27 floors and 360,000.00 sqft. The new building is located at the newly government-formed site TRX Development in Kuala Lumpur.

Pure Projects was appointed by Prudential in February 2017 and undertook the facilitation of Time Utilisation Studies (TUS) of work streams with a particular focus on actual functionality. These series of TUS’ were then supported by gathering of information from work groups and later were fed into a workplace strategy tailored for the project needs.
