This landmark building located at the western end of Perth’s Central Business District stands 163m tall with 38 levels of office, retail and plaza area multi-deck including basement parking facilities and 2 plant room levels. Peter Coney led a design and construction team responsible for overseeing the final design and construction of the building from tender through to practical completion and project handover.
