Pure Projects Melbourne was appointed the Project Managers and lead Health consultant for the refurbishment of the Heritage listed West Wing levels 1 and 2 and ground floor ICU ward at Epworth Freemasons Hospital.

Refurbishment of a 45 bed IPU, within the heritage listed Claredon street building. The works required a full strip out and rebuilding of each IPU while maintaining the heritage elements of the wards. The services were removed and replaced with new code compliant services to each room. These works were completed whilst continuing the operations of the adjoining

The works to be undertaken will be within an operational environment, with a specific emphasis on delivering the project works while maintaining day to day operations of the hospital with minimal disruption to patients, staff and visitors.
