Pure Projects Sydney provided design review, procurement and construction superintendent for the Kerry Packer Institute for Child Health Research.

The project involved working with both the resident Doctors, research staff and NSW Health to deliver a research facility that was integrated with the Children’s Hospital at Westmead Hospital.

The new research facility was designed as a secure environment covered 4 levels, with the following characteristics:
- The lower levels of the building were designed as a Transgenic Facility with PC2 and PC3 laboratories.
- The upper levels of the building were designed for Gene Therapy Research with PC3 laboratories.

Full Project Management Services were provided from 2006 to 2007 on a total development budget of $55 million.
