Pure Projects Melbourne was appointed the Project Managers and Superintendent for the refurbishment of the Main ward block levels 2, 4, 6, and 7 at Alfred Hospital.

Refurbishment 7 wards with approximately 30 beds per IPUs, within the Main Ward block building. The works will require a full strip out, hazardous material removal and rebuilding of each IPU.
These works will be completed over a 2-year period with separate packages of works to allow for the operations of the adjoining wards.

The works to be undertaken will be within an operational environment, with a specific emphasis on delivering the project works while maintaining day to day operations of the hospital with minimal disruption to patients, staff and visitors.
