Pure Projects provided Project Management and Construction Management Services for Lavo Italian Restaurant and Rooftop Bar at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

The operation is a joint effort between Marina Bay Sands and the Operator, Tao Group from New York USA. Lavo is one of Tao’s culinary creations founded by the group with the first “Lavo” in Midtown New York which opened in 2009. The concept for Singapore was designed by a New York City based Interior Designer. Pure Projects executed the works on a turnkey basis and were responsible for all elements of the design and fit-out ensuring the design met both the Landlord’s and Operator’s expectations whilst meeting the timeline and budget.

Perched 57-storeys atop Marina Bay Sands and inspired by the original LAVO locations, the Singapore location features an Italian American bistro that offers a ‘vibe dining’ experience complete with a luxurious lounge and exciting nightlife programming including live DJ sets.
