Pure Projects was appointed by long term client IKANO to oversee the development of IKEA Mall Of Asia in Pasay City in collaboration with SM Prime. This development is being built by SM and supervised by Pure Projects for compliancy to IKEA standards that included the lead role for Testing & Commissioning Management.

The project size is 170,550 sqm. with 65,356 sqm being provided for IKEA including 18,000 sqm for warehouse, showroom, market hall and IKEA Restaurant & Café; making this store the largest IKEA in the world. The development includes offices and retail to be connected via a link bridge to the Mall of Asia. This store is the first IKEA store in the Philippines. Opened Nov 2021.
