Thailand’s first ‘mega mall’ located out towards the new Suvarnabhumi Airport is a joint venture development between Ikano (Ikea) and Siam Future Development (SF). The project is approximately 190,000sqm of retail including 2 major anchor tenants (IKEA and Super C Hypermarket) and 450 tenancies and 8,000sqm of car parking.

​The centre is to be broken into a number of precincts including Main Street, home furnishing district, canal walk, family dining district, evening dining district, education district and entertainment & wellness district. Our role as Tenancy Coordination Manager includes implementing the TC management system and overseeing the fit-out delivery of the 450 specialty tenancies and 333 free standing kiosks.
