Pure Projects Malaysia was appointed to provide Retail Design Management (RDM) & Tenancy Co-ordination (TC) Services for the Toppen Shopping Centre development located in Tebrau, Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

The team was responsible for the full RDM and TC of approximately 1.1 million sqft of retail which included the delivery of 300 specialty tenancies for a grand opening in November 2019.

As part of our commission, Pure Projects developed and implemented the Pure App tenancy cloud-based delivery system including tenancy fit-out guides and procedural tools which allowed delivery personnel to efficiently managed their tenancy delivery process via their smartphone or tablet.
