The Project Management of The Bluffs Ho Tram Golf Course and Clubhouse located at The Grand Ho Tram Casino Resort was delivered by Pure Projects Vietnam.

The Golf Course component is designed by Greg Norman and is positioned in the town of Ho Tram 120km south, southeast of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip golf course offers 18 holes of ‘links style’ championship quality golf, and a promising 2,300sqm clubhouse with hospitality outlets and a driving range with PGA Golf Instruction.

The Golf course site sits perched on coastal sand dune topography with elevation changes ranging from +5m to +50m at its highest point at the top of the clubhouse. The ground surface is total sand base with limited vegetation. The golf course is exposed to high winds and seasonal inclement weather and storms, which created a significant number of challenges throughout the construction phase. The facility was successfully handed over to the Operators in October 2014.
