Boram Yun

Project Manager - Korea

With eight years of project management experience across corporate fit-out, retail, and data center projects, Boram is a highly focused and accomplished Project Manager.

She began her career as an in-house Project Manager for a network cabling company in Korea, gaining extensive project knowledge and hands-on experience working on major international projects. Since joining Pure Projects Korea in 2019, Boram has been instrumental in managing project openings, closures, retrofits, maintenance, and procurement. Her expertise includes IT, AV, and security hardware installations, cabinet setup, equipment racking, and cabling device installation. She also collaborates effectively with site facilities management teams to ensure the seamless operation of data center facilities.

A strong advocate for clear and effective communication, Boram ensures the proper implementation of communication protocols with project stakeholders. She excels in assessing time impacts from project delays and strategically prioritizes tasks to maintain project momentum and overcome challenges.

Boram is deeply engaged in project delivery, using her robust problem-solving skills to resolve technical and logistical issues, always aiming to exceed client expectations. Her adaptability to dynamic project requirements and ability to coordinate diverse teams have been key to her success. In her role as an on-site Project Coordinator at Equinix SL1, she facilitated collaboration among consultants, contractors, vendors, commissioning managers, and stakeholders, contributing to the on-time completion of the project.
