Younga Bang
Senior Project Manager - Korea
With 12 years of project and construction management experience in Korea, Younga brings invaluable expertise and leadership to our team.
Before joining Pure Projects Korea, she spent six years at ISG as a Project Coordinator, where she gained extensive experience across diverse sectors, including retail construction, corporate office fit-outs, and greenfield warehouse developments. Her role encompassed all aspects of project management, from planning, design development, and budgeting to tendering, cost management, user move management, and schedule management.
In 2018, she joined WeWork as a Construction Manager, where she successfully oversaw construction projects by conducting due diligence, managing budgets, tendering, coordinating with multiple departments, and supervising final handovers. Her leadership and project oversight consistently ensured the successful delivery of high-profile projects.
Since joining Pure Projects Korea in July 2020, Younga has played a pivotal role as a Senior Project Manager, providing strategic leadership and leveraging her comprehensive knowledge of project stakeholder responsibilities and delivery structures to drive outstanding project outcomes.
